Accommodation for teams and supporters

The participating teams will be accommodated in smaller groups in a first class Swiss army camp. The rooms have between 6 and 10 beds all with blankets, sheets and pillows. Showers and toilets are between the rooms. There are also some smaller rooms for officials, judges and parents of the athletes. The army camp is in walking distance from riding ground. There will be strictly NO dogs allowed in the army camp.

Supporters are lodged in the famous bunker, well known to all studentriders who have been to Berne before. Mattresses are provided but you'll have to bring your sleeping bag. Prices including meals, accommodation in the bunker, entry fees for the the nightly parties and the gala dinner on Friday night are:

Not included are drinks in between the meals and the excursions on Saturday. If you have not booked one of the above arrangements the gala dinner alone is SFr 40.- and each nightly party is SFr 10.-.

Optional accommodations

We can also offer you a special package including hotel accommodation, meals and party-entries. Additional costs to the 'bunker-prices' above: SFr 100.- or less (we are still negotiating) per night. The hotel is in walking distance from the the riding location.

Some supporters may also stay in the remaining rooms in the army camp where the teams are lodged. Because space is very limited we can not guarantee any beds there, but if you are interested you can try your luck. Supporters applying for the army camp will be served on a first come first served basis and 'expelled' to the bunker without notice once all beds are taken. If you are lucky and get a bed in the army camp you'll have to pay an additional SFr 20.- to the 'bunker-prices' above per night. There will be no single or double bedrooms available in the army camp.

Bring your swimsuit if you want to take refreshing bath in one of the nearby swimming pools or the river Aare.

The coctail party (=gala dinner) on Friday night will be the occasion to show off your fancy clothing.
